Cost of ShippingWe offer different shipping terms, determined according to the country selected in your customer account, and the weight of the items you ordered.The box weight is determined according to the items ordered. The total weight is shown in the first step of the checkout process. The following rates apply: Within the Federal republic of Germany: 2.50 EUR for orders up to 1000 grams, 7.00 EUR for larger orders. Customers elsewhere: 4.50 EUR for orders up to 500 grams, 7.50 EUR for up to 1000 grams, larger orders are 22.00 EUR. Orders to the US and other non-EU countries are sent as registered airmail. Please expect a delivery time of 10 to 15 working days from the time you receive the dispatch confirmation email, sometimes longer, sometimes faster. Payment optionsOrders can either be payed via bank transfer or by PayPal. Account details will be given in the checkout process, as well as in the order confirmation email. If you do not receive the order confirmation, please check your spam filter. These automatic emails get eaten quite frequently.Notice: customers from Non-EU member states are not liable to pay the German VAT. However, if you open a customer account with the correct data, VAT will not be shown, and not be included in the prices. You can compare by logging out, if you want to.
